This premium Olympian heater features 12-volt ignition, no flame start or during operation - thermostatic temperature control (same as your home thermostat heater), draws 5 amps during 1-minute starting phase, then draws .02 amps during cycle phase (must be connected to 12 volt source). No flame or gas odor at any time. The 6100ET adjusts to 5200 BTUs, enough heat to comfortably warm an 18´ trailer, motorhome or RV.
