1. Gas Burner & Thermal Safety Controls Flue Box Assembly (Atwood 90960): Houses the main burner flame and channels exhaust heat away from the coach safely. If your flue box has severe scaling, rust, or soot buildup from an improper gas-to-air mixture, replace it to prevent heat damage to your exterior panel. Jade Pilot & Thermocouple Assembly: The mechanical heart of the G10B. If your pilot lights but immediately dies when you let go of the control knob, the internal thermocouple is no longer producing the millivolts needed to keep the gas valve open. 2. High-Pressure Safety & Maintenance Pressure Relief Valve 1/2" MPT (Dometic 91604): Designed to automatically pop open and release water if your tank approaches unsafe temperature or pressure thresholds. If your valve is constantly weeping or calcified shut, replace it immediately to keep your system safe. Nylon Drain Plugs: Atwood 10-gallon aluminum tanks require lightweight nylon drain plugs to avoid standard metal-on-metal thread binding. Never use steel or brass plugs on your G10B tank.
